Dine with us on the terrace or dining room and enjoy regional foods with organic home grown produce. There are plenty of restaurants in the area ranging from Michelin quality to good basic country fare at very reasonable prices.  Depending on your taste we can advise and book for you if you wish.

The Lot region of the Midi-Pyrenees is renowned for its wonderful food and wine.  Foie gras, duck in all forms, fresh river fish, walnuts and small Rocamadour cheeses abound.  Quercy lamb, which graze on the herb strewn Causse, provide rich delicious meat and is served in many ways.  In the summer fat black cherries have an unfortunately short season as does the dark green asparagus which adorns every market stall from May to mid-July. The dark red Cahors wines are strong and fruity and are suitable with most of the foods of the region.  Autumn brings an abundance of plums, apples, walnuts and chestnuts, which scatter the small country lanes and are free if you have large pockets!

Dinner is either served on the shady terrace or in the spacious dining room.  When booking please be sure to advise of anything you do not like to eat.  We will be delighted to prepare vegetarian options if requested.
