Terms and Conditions

  • To enquire about availability or to make a reservation please either contact us on 00 33 565 383122 (from the UK) or 0565 383122 (from France) or email: info@rossignols-sonac.com or fill in the contact form above and we will get in touch with you as soon as possible.
  • To confirm a reservation we ask for a 25% deposit (refundable if cancelled within 28 days of arrival) directly to a UK bank account, by euro cheque or cash.
  • The balance must be paid the night before departure in euros or euro cheque.  I'm sorry but we cannot accept UK cheques in France.  We are unable to take payment by credit cards.
  • Guests are asked to arrive after 17.00 pm and vacate rooms by 11.00 am on day of departure.
  • We are delighted if guests use the swimming pool but poolside meals or refreshments can not be provided.  The pool is very deep and children must be accompanied at all times.
  • We have our own pets at Les Rossignols so unfortunately cannot accept others.
  • Smoking - guests are welcome to smoke outside as long as they dispose of cigarette ends in a suitable bin - fag buts do not decompose!
