Les Rossignols (The Nightingales) is a delightful chambres d'hôtes (bed and breakfast) beautifully placed in two acres of stunning French countryside and offers a tranquil ambiance to relax in.  With three bedrooms on offer, from a family room to a romantic double room, your stay at Les Rossignols will be peaceful and relaxed.

The original part of the house is an old Quercy farmhouse and made in the traditional local architectural style with honey and pink coloured stone.  It dates from around 1840 with a later extension to the rear of the house making a large and welcoming home. With a recent addition of a 11 x 5 meter salt water swimming pool in the extensive grounds, you can either chose to switch off and stay at Les Rossignols or explore the fascinating area.

The Quercy is a stunning area of the Lot department in the Midi-Pyrenees, South West France.  The house is situated on the Causse de Quercy, a beautiful natural park with wonderful views and walks. Equi-distant between the Dordorgne and Lot rivers you can spend hours, days and weeks exploring this fascinating area.

Les Rossignols is situated in a small hamlet on the edge of Sonac, a village 2 km from the small historic town of Assier with its beautiful chateau and remarkable church.  It is also 20 minutes from the medieval river town of Figeac, with its famous large Saturday market and Musée de Champollion.
